  • Bass River, Yarmouth - Retaining wall, landscaping, elevated walkway modifications (before). This project included the removal of the existing retaining wall and elevated walkway, and design of a new retaining wall and landscaping for a private residence. After the landscaping is complete, the elevated walkway to the dock was reconfigured to provide more open space for the back yard.

  • Bass River, Yarmouth - Retaining Wall, Landscaping, elevated walkway modifications, (after).
  • Installation of the new, higher retaining wall created a larger level area that was once unusable. The elevated walkway was removed, opening up a large area of usable space in the back yard with a great view of the Bass River. The existing deck was also enlarged, and a patio area added as well.

  • Peter's Pond, Sandwich - Sundeck, access stairs, dock, and float (completed)

    This project involved the design and permitting of the deck and stairs for private access to the pond. In addition, a dock and vista pruning for view enhancement are permitted and in progress.

    Parker's River, Yarmouth - Pier, Ramp, and Float Relocation (before).
    Private Residence. The existing pier had suffered storm damage and required relocating to the middle of the property frontage.


  • Peter's Pond, Sandwich - Sundeck, access stairs, dock, and float (completed)

    The float provides swimming access and dockage. The dock (when installed) fits under the new stairs and is attached to the float for dry access to a boat.




    Parker's River, Yarmouth - Pier, Ramp, and Float Relocation (completed).
  • Now that the new pier is installed, the owners' can enjoy safe access to the river, dock their boat, and enjoy the view.
  • Parker's River Fingers, Yarmouth - New Bulkhead, with licensing of exsiting Pier, Ramp, and Float (ongoing).
    Private Residence. The shoreline for this property has suffered periodic erosion over the last 30 years, and is the only one without a bulkhead in this finger. Construction for the new bulkhead should start in the winter of '11-'12.

  • Parker's River Fingers, Yarmouth - New Bulkhead, with licensing of exsiting Pier, Ramp, and Float (ongoing).
    The existing pier, ramp, and float had local permits, but not a Chapter 91 License (State Permit). Shorefront Consulting will provide all the necessary inspections to ensure construction goes smoothly.
